Custom Forms at low cost
First off, for the price listed you get one ream of 500 sheets, not 5000 sheets.

You do need the front/top sheet and the back/bottom sheet. (White in front and Pink in back) This is advantageous in that you can print in color on the top sheet and use black for the back sheet saving color ink.

So far I have only printed a few custom invoice 2 part forms and they look great. I printed them using an Epson Ink Jet printer. Images and lines are sharp and crisp.

Only drawback is that you have to align the two parts so the front and back line up when you use them, but that doesn't bother me.
