The next chapter in the Star Wars saga, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, tells the story of Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice, a mysterious figure trained by the menacing Sith Lord, to hunt down the last of the Jedi. Set in the dark times between Episodes III and IV, the story is both a continuation of the prequel trilogy -- exploring the aftermath of Order 66, which called for the immediate execution of all Jedi, and focusing on the continued rise of Darth Vader -- and a direct bridge to the Original Trilogy. The Force Unleashed will forever change the fate of the Galaxy and explain key plot points that directly lead into events in Star Wars: A New Hope. With The Force Unleashed , LucasArts not only introduces a new chapter in the Star Wars saga, but also two completely new and innovative technologies -- Digital Molecular Matter by Pixelux Entertainment and euphoria by NaturalMotion Ltd. These groundbreaking technologies combine with Havoc physics to create true next-gen game play and the Force like it's never been seen or experienced before.

Great game, short campaign
The campaign may not be that long but the amount of things you can unlock makes up for it. You can play it over and over until you have beaten all difficulties and unlocked everything and then you will pretty much never take it out again unless you are mad and want to take it out on something like a couple of unlucky stormtroopers.
Awesome game with a few flaws.
I cannot deny that this game has some issues, but when you actually get into it and enjoy the game, its an awesome experience.
From the moment you start playing, you can feel awesome power and almost limit-less opportunities to dispose of your enemies.
Don't overlook this title because someone else told to do so. Check it out and find out that its a really fun experience that will consume you!
Another SW game that fails to deliver
The problem with this game is it doesn't have any polish to it. If you play the first level you have played all of the other levels. It tries to imitate god of war and doesn't even come close in any of the elements. How come there is a loading screen just to move around the menu? That is ridiculous. This game was pushed back a year from its original release date and I expected a lot more polished game because of it and we get a tech demo game with SW skins on top of it. The positives about this game were the background level art is amazing and using some of the force powers are fun (how come you can't move when using force grip? It makes no sense you just sit there and get blasted). Overall I was disappointed and would not recommend this game for more than a rental.
