this is where the ace bandage comes in (this is real handy if you play the way i do) you put this (loaded with the paint balls and co2)under the ace bandage and wrap it around your ankle (if anyone asks just say you twisted it and if you get captured you wait until they turn the other way pull the gun out from under the bandage and bang! there out if they tie you up your screwed
