Great for school
A wonderfully built backpack. There are two main compartments, the largest can fit your laptop and your binders or notebooks. It does get a bit tight after fitting in several small textbooks and notebooks, but at least it remains compact and doesn't protrude out from your back much. Two mesh side pockets for water bottles and a large compartment in front for a CD or MP3 player. It's very well padded and thick, so it's a bit heavy by itself but you'll get used to carrying it around. Fits my 14.1" Asus F8VA perfectly with much room to spare. I highly recommend this backpack for college.

Better then I expected
The pictures don't do this backpack justice. It's not as big as I thought it was but I was able to fit two notebooks, my laptop and peripherals, assorted purse items, two textbooks and more in this backpack, with plenty of space to spare so everything was spread out. What I particularly like is that the straps are padded so it's easy on the shoulders and back.

My husband loved my backpack so much, I brought him one.

Great Backpack
I bought this backpack laptop case for my son, who begins college in the fall. First of all, amazon's shipping is once again nothing short of incredible. I ordered this yesterday morning, and it came this morning. It was shipped via the free shipping offer. Way to go, Amazon.

As to the bacpack, it is a really nice product. Targus is known for not making junk... and this is no exception. It is made very sturdy, has logical storage compartments, and the zippers/pulls are quality (should last a long time). This will be a nice tool for him to carry his MacBook Pro to and fro with.

If you are looking for a good laptop backpack, this one delivers! Now hopefully he will do well in his frosh year of college. 2 graduated, to in college and 1 in hs... life is movin' along!
