It boasts a large memory capacity of 8MB, which stores up to 500 pages for out-of-paper reception and memory transmission applications. Enjoy faster copying at up to 15 cpm, expanded broadcasting and auto-dialing capabilities, and a higher toner cartridge yield. The IntelliFAX-2820 also includes a built-in full speed USB interface, positioning it to take on future printing jobs if a customer needs to add this function. Misreprsented as a speaker phone - even though I called and spoke to a Brother representative who told me it had a speaker phone function.

Easy step by step start up instructions.
Up to 2000 copies and up to 1500 faxes on just the small toner cartridge that is supplied with machine.
It is cheaper to operate than a ink jet model.

Works as advertised
Bought this to replace an ink jet fax/printer and before that a film based fax. I'm hoping that the cost of consumables will be lower. I have bought a number of Brother printers and faxes in the past and have been happy with their build quality and performance.
