Customer Reviews

It's ok3
I wasn't aware that a 2.5 mm plug was a charger size not a normal headphone plug size. I was hoping to use headphones I already have to listen to music from the phones mp3 player. They're apparently not 2.5mm. Now I have to either buy the headphones that work with this phone, (which suck!) which would eliminate the need for this adapter, or buy another pair of headphones with the correct jack size to use with the adapter. That should have been made more clear.

Ghost Calling...RazrV3xx....DON'T BUY1
I bought this product thinking that I could just plug-in one of my old hands-free devices from one of my retired phones so that I could ditch my bluetooth, which is now required in CA on the road.

The connection worked well...until...when I left the phone unattended, with the headset connected, the phone would mysteriously jump to my 'Last Calls' and if still unattended, it would CALL my last dialed number. I don't know what/why/how this happens, but this happened to me many times. I couldn't just leave the headset attached to the phone because it would dial people without me knowing; luckily, it was mostly my wife, so she just heard my horrible singing.

At the same time I bought this product, I also bought a Motorola OneTouch HS700 - Headset and have never experienced the same issue. I have a RazrV3xx, so don't know if the issue is specific to this phone, or others, too, but I won't be using it again.

Its a monophone output, not a sterio. 2
I wanted to use this with my car sterio, but it doesn't work. Only one side of the car speakers work. Thats when I figured they were not sterio connection. I had purchased two 3.5mm to 2.5mm connectors to connect it to my car sterio which now just lie around at home.
