Don't miss important calls when the ringer is off. The Light-Up Indicator with Ringer Alert at the base of the antenna of the KX-TG4321B Expandable Cordless Phone will flash quickly to show that you have an incoming call, and it will flash slowly to let you know you have a new message. Now you can program each handset to ring at your discretion. Before going to sleep, simply set the bedside handset to Night Mode so that it won't ring in your bedroom. In the meantime, the handset in the den will still ring when that important call comes in without disturbing the person who's sleeping. Customer Reviews
Good phone not so great answering system
Very happy with the handset itself with the speakerphone feature and caller id, especially for the price; however the answering machine leaves a lot to be desired. The playback volume is hard to hear without being right next to the machine. Also, when a caller hangs up without leaving a message, the dial tone is left as a message, which is annoying. You don't hear your message played when the machine picks up which isn't a real big deal but may be to some people. Besides that, the phone is compact and speakerphone is really clear and loud. Overall, very good phone.
Display stopped working
I bought this phone 8 - 9 months back. It was working fine till last week. All of a sudden the display stopped working. Now it just lights up, without displaying anything. I tried changing the batteries, but it didn't do any help. Now, I just hear the beep sound, when I dial the numbers.
Just a useless phone. Since my last two panosonic phones died within a year, I am going to try something not-panasonic.
I would like to turn the ringer off
You can turn the ringer off on the handset and even put it on Night Mode and the handset will not ring during Night Mode which you preset. But the base will always ring. I unplug the phone line from the base (and it does say "Check Phone Line" when I do that which is pretty awesome.)
Also the battery always shows three bars even when it's about to die.
Plusses, it is a a very good phone. I went across the street from my apartment building and received a phone call pretty clearly. No static.
You can save phone numbers that arrive even if your phonebook is full 0-9.
It has seven ringers and you can program a ring to a caller.
