About the Author
CHRIS FISHER is a university-educated naturalist with a background in research in endangered species management and wildlife interpretation. He has conducted birding expeditions extensively throughout the United States, Canada and Thailand and is the author or co-author of eleven books on birds. ALLEN CHARTIER has travelled the world photographing birds and other wildlife. He has been a birder since his childhood. Now more than 30 years later, he continues to be extensively involved in the surveying and protection of birds in Michigan.
