I think you can't say enough to a child about spraying their feet, wearing their flip flops. Because they aren't going to do it anyway. This is one of those things that comes with age. I would like to spray her with some kind of long lasting 6 months version.

The lamp I got her at Target gave her an electric shock...make CAREFUL choices. I personally think intensely great bright lighting discourages sexual, drug and nefarious behaviors. I like high wattage conditions.

Oddly they really needed curtains! So that is something to get right away.

Anti allergy for sure! Replace every two months.

At the drug store are these boat sized white cotton underpants. These pictured are really NOT what you are looking for. You are looking for Granny pants. Trust me on this.

Really nice. I want one to program that says, "You will get up right now and GO TO EVERY CLASS." She developed this truthfulness that included TELLING ME she did not attend boring prof's classes.What? At $40,000 a year, excuse me? This is the kind of moment equaled only by a son telling me that math isn't "his thing," because like "who uses it?"

Really worth it.

If you can afford a good digital camera it's a terrific asset to a kid now out and about. My daughter played Canegie Hall with her band her New York minutes recorded for us back home. They are free to live, so a nice way to communicate that with family is cool.

It matters.
