Comfortable!
I was initially looking for a pillow that's big enough yet not too soft and I'm happy with my purchase. I've been using it for three months now and it's still in great shape! Highly recommended for people who just hate soft pillows.

Nice, firm pillow. Great for legs & knees, too!
I bought two of these pillows: one for my husband because his last pillow had become a flat, flimsy mess, and one for me because I needed a pillow with more support to put under/between my knees when I sleep (to reduce lower back pain). This pillow is firm but comfortable with just enough 'give'. It has retained its shape and density after several months even though my husband sometimes ends up with his whole body practically on top of his and I squish mine between my knees. It's definitely a good quality pillow at a great price!

Pillows Very Firm
The pillows I ordered appear to be of good quality, but are too firm for me to sleep on. I would not suggest these pillows for someone who prefers a soft pillows. As I don't use these pillows when I sleep, I can't attest to their effectiveness in preventing dust mites.
