Logitech provides extremely poor customer support
I have owned a logitech fusion camera for two years. During that time, my camputer has crashed almost consistently when booting up. I have contacted Logitech numerous times; their e mail process is complicated; they do not address specific questions; and they cancel the inquiry after one attempt; it is necessary to renew the inquiry for the company to respond. The closest they came to providing a solution was a non solution; a complicated means of uninstalling and cleaning the computer of remaining hidden segments. I was then to install a supposedly updated driver, which never did work. One one occasion the company admitted the software has a problem they cannot resolve which may cause the computer to crash.

I have attempted to contact the company by phone; they provide no 800 customer service number; it is a local number, which will ring incessantly, then give voicemail excuses for extended wait times, one time as long as 30 minutes, at which point I just hung up.

I would not buy another logitech product.
