Conked out after 5 years
I guess 5 years is a pretty long time in the life of any product, so maybe you'll think this isn't a valid complaint. But the dispenser no longer has any "spring" - it is very hard to press down and you only get a little bit of soap. I have to replace it because I've bought the whole set - faucet and side spray. $54 for just this one little thing after 5 years is kind of disappointing.

This soap dispenser was very easy to install and has worked great since I installed it (a month ago).

Great soap dispenser!
I was a bit concerned when they put in my new sink and countertop...the soap dispenser was not able to reach from the countertop to the sink. Luckily the granite installer placed it closer to the sink and it works great. The long spout extends into the sink which allows any overflow of the soap to go directly into the sink. I am very happy with this dispenser.
