Customer Reviews
Died after 14 months
This drive died after 14 months of usage. Began with a clicking noise before it died so at least I had some warning of the impending failure to perform backups.
Alright!!
This drive was very easy to put in the computer. My HP found it immediately, and it sort of installed by itself. It wasn't showing up but I didn't switch the jumper for it to be a slave drive :P. Once we did that, I had to install it with this program:

Once I did that very easily and quickly, my new, big (for an older type of drive), and speedy drive was ready to go! I'm currently moving stuff from my 40GB to it, so I can boot, and overall run faster. 5 stars, other than the documentation! That, and other stuff for the drive, can be found online.

Wish I had read these reviews before -- but here we go. The drive does not include any setup materials, instructions or software. That means if your computer is not functioning you will need to find another computer to download their software. When I called Western Digital the person I spoke to was not helpful and could care less. If you are dealing with a crashed computer, I would not recommend this product or this company.
