I don't recomend this product
The product ( Ipaq 111 ) is new. The battery doesn't work correctly. I live in Perú and I bought a new product with battery problems. I am very dissapointed because it is difficult for me to request the change of the product. Reading later other reviews, I note that many people had the same battery problem as mine.

Great product came on time and was in great condition as it was refurbished. The longer I have it and learn the options it has the more fun I have and the more useful the handheld becomes.
