Great remote if you don't mind the price
First off, it's a little ridiculous to spend this much money on a remote. If you can get over that, this works very well and looks beautiful. The charging station works flawlessly and I haven't had any battery issues. The look and feel of the remote are perfect. Set up took a little time, but was simple. I use this to control my 46" Toshiba LCD TV, a multidisk Panasonic DVD player and speaker set (HTiB), my Xbox 360, and cable box. I also have a Wii connected, and while the remote can't control that, I use it to prep everything else for when I want to play. Once I selected my devices in the setup, the physical buttons were assigned where they needed to be without a problem. I took some time to customize the touch screen "buttons" though. By default, it includes any commands that don't tack to a physical button in the touch screen, but there are a number of those that I never use (Picture in Picture, sleep timer, etc) that I rarely use, so I either removed them from the touch screen or moved them back. The activites based setup is intuitive and extremely helpful. Again, price is the biggest downside, but I just treated this as a little gift to myself and it's incredibly well designed. Its ability to control my Xbox (which I use for browsing Netflix's Online videos) is what really sold this for me.

Amazing Universal remote
I'm amazed at how far universal remotes have come. The setup was extremely easy with the Logitech software and all of the advaced functions on my Pioneer VSX-1018AH receiver are still accessible! This makes it possible for my girlfriend to watch TV/Movies with the touch of a single button, definitely money well spent.

I don't much care for the high gloss finish as it shows fingerprints, but I can live with this for the convenience of consolidating 6 remotes into 1.

Very Handy
I bought the Harmony One Advanced Universal Remote for my husband for Christmas. It took a little while to get the remote set to communicate with all our equipment, but when all were set, it works great. He loves the touch screen and being able to control everything from one remote. I would highly recommend this product, just be prepared to take a little while to set it up to the way you want it.
