GREAT CARD!!!!
GREAT card. Just don't expect to play cysis full effects (with no overclocking). But if you wanted to get all that, then you'll get another card. It's a long card as well but it did fit in my Nvidia 690 Case without PSU with approx 1.5inches to spare. I still have the box. Couldn't throw it away because of the picture. SWEET Turbo design. THIS should be their signature icon.

Good Performance for the Price
I bought this card about a month ago (07/28/2008), and crammed it into my Compaq Presario SR5450F. I had to upgrade my PSU; for that I went with a Thermaltake TR2 W0101 550-Watt power supply. I hardly notice the fan (it's quieter than the one I use to cool myself). And since I don't use air-conditioning, I can state with confidence, that there won't be any problems with the card overheating.

It came bundled with Company of Heroes, not COD4 (as Amazon listed in the package contents).

Crysis is playable at a 1600 * 1200 resolution with all settings on high. I prefer the higher frame-rate with everything set to medium though (I haven't timed it, but it looks close to 60 FPS). They're supposed to update the CryEngine2 to be more efficient, so maybe future games will run a bit better.
