Product Description

The Dominator Series Twin2X4096-8500C5DF is 4096MBytes of DDR2 SDRAM DIMMs built using Corsair's latest high performance heat sink with Dual-Path Heat Xchange (DHX) technology coupled with a Corsair Dominator Airflow Fan. Not an 8GB Kit!1
If you're looking at an 8GB (2 X 4GB) Dominator Kit for around [...] dollars, it actually is too good to be true. [...] sent me an opened 2 X 2GB kit with an invoice confirming the mis-listing here.

I guess I should have known I couldn't get hugely expensive 4gb sticks at that price, but this should be changed immediately.

Good Memory5
Good memory. Worked as intended and you don't have to use the fans if you don't want to. I didn't. Maybe when I overclock them I'll try the fans out.
